Agile Bukit Bintang, the first integrated commercial development in by Agile Real Estate Development (M) Sdn Bhd (Agile Property) has mark its important milestones here in Malaysia with the topping out ceremony on the 28th of January 2022.
Agile Bukit Bintang project which consists of 3 towers with a totaling of 1,501 units. Tower B consists of 60 floors with the height of more than 200 meters above road level. Standing high on the top of the clear skies which gives a breathtaking scenery view of Kuala Lumpur that includes the Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Tower and the soon to be completed 106-story high Tun Razak Exchange Tower.
On the event day, Mr.Chai Keng Wai; CEO of Agile Real Estate (M) Development Sdn Bhd, Mr. David Mizan Hashim; Chairman of Veritas Design Group, Zhou Ming; COO of China Construction Development (M) Sdn Bhd and representatives of other partner companies who attended the topping out ceremony.
In his welcome speech during the event, Mr. Chai Keng Wai said: “The topping out ceremony of Agile Bukit Bintang brings a historical milestone to Agile Real Estate (M) Development Sdn Bhd. This project started in September 2019, and having this topping out ceremony today means that we have progressed to what was planned according to the timeline.”
Mr. Chai is pleased and satisfied with the quality of the project construction workmanship which was led by China Construction Development (M) Sdn Bhd team. In his opinion: “The workmanship and effort by CCDM meets our strict quality standards and the quality to our respective owners.”
Chai also added that: “Agile Bukit Bintang is being positioned to create high-quality living spaces that integrates trendiness and changing needs. This project has been highly recognized both domestically and internationally since its launch in 2019. It has been awarded The Best Luxury High-Rise Project in Kuala Lumpur by iProperty and won the Best Luxury High-Rise Building in ASEAN by Des Prix Infinitus Media. The sales performance of the project is improving. 80% of Tower B and Tower C have fully sold out and with the good anticipation of the market. We are in the midst of planning to launch Tower A this year.”
“Today is only one of the important milestones that we have achieved, but we still need to work harder, strictly control the quality, strengthen the safety management, speed up the construction progress and also ensure the completion of the project as per scheduled.
